Caramel Flavored Blended Latte!

Sometimes our drinks just NEED to be fancy and enjoyed like a fine dessert at a Michelin restaurant! Well, this isn't a Michelin star recipe...But it's still pretty good! Let's teach you how to prepare our Caramel Blended Coffee.

Ingredients

  • Favorite Bones coffee Flavor (We used Electric unicorn, but obviously salted caramel works best!)
  • Milk (We used almond milk with this recipe)
  • Ice
  • Caramel syrup (optional)
  • Blender

Let's start off by making our Coffee Concentrate!

  • 4:1 water to coffee ratio
  • Grab Your Bones Coffee (Whole bean or ground)
  • Ground the coffee to a fine consistency (if you have whole bean coffee)
  • Weigh out 100 grams of coffee
  • Measure 400 grams of water and heat it to 200 degrees
  • Pre-wet your filter
  • Add your 100 grams of ground coffee
  • Add your 400 Grams of water allowing the coffee to bloom between pours
  • Remove your filter with grounds

Assembling your Caramel Blended Latte

  • Add 2-4oz of your coffee concentrate to your blender (we used 4oz)
  • Add ice (more ice makes the blend thicker)
  • Add 8oz of milk (again, we used almond, protein shakes also work)
  • Add caramel syrup (we used a tablespoon of sugar-free syrup)
  • Blend until you're happy with the consistency (We did about 5-10 seconds)
  • Enjoy!

Optional:

  • Add whipped cream
  • Drizzle with caramel syrup
  • Sprinkle the top with cocoa powder or sprinkles
