The perfect summer treat with our limited-time flavor "Shark Bite"!
Sometimes it's okay to have a little bit of fun with our mundane morning ritual. We're going to teach you how to prepare our Blood Frenzy Latte featuring our Shark bite limited-time flavor!
Ingredients
- Shark Bite flavored Coffee
- Milk
- Ice
- Pour-over
- Berry syrup (of your choice)
- Whipped cream (optional)
Shark Bite Coffee Concentrate
Let's start off by making our Coffee Concentrate!
- 4:1 water to coffee ratio
- Grab Your Chocolate Orange Coffee (Whole bean or ground)
- Ground the coffee to a fine consistency (if you have whole bean coffee)
- Weigh out 100 grams of coffee
- Measure 400 grams of water and heat it to 200 degrees
- Pre-wet your filter
- Add you 100 grams of ground coffee
- Add your 400 Grams of water allowing the coffee to bloom between pours
- Remove your filter with grounds
Now you have some coffee concentrate to make Lattes!
Assembling Your Blood Frenzy Latte!
- Grab a cup of your choice (We're using our 16oz cold brew glass)
- Coat the inside of your glass with berry Syrup (to taste)
- Add ice (as much or as little as you'd like)
- Add 4oz of your shark bite concentrate
- Add 8oz of milk (Whichever milk you prefer)
- Stir & Enjoy!
Optional:
- More syrup = more RED! (But be careful, it can become overbearing)
- Add whipped cream
- Add more syrup on top
