Bones Coffee and Shipping, Tracking, Delivery

Our goal is to make sure your delicious coffee and awesome Bones gear gets to you safely and in a reasonable amount of time. As we continue to grow as a company, we hope to expand our shipping options even further to provide broad and beneficial options for you!
We currently use three different carriers in FedEx, USPS, and DHL. All international orders will be shipped using FedEx International Economy Shipping.
We also offer a large variety of our products on Amazon, and Walmart.com. All orders purchased through our Amazon Marketplace are eligible for Prime Shipping. Walmart.com orders also receive priority shipping services.
A timeline of your order experience should look something like this:

At checkout you can choose standard delivery which carries a 2-7 business day delivery window or upgrade to USPS Priority Delivery for a 1-3 business day delivery. You can receive free US standard shipping with orders whose subtotals are $75+ after any and all discounts are applied.

We ask that you please allow up to but no more than 5-7 days for roasting, hand packing, and fulfillment of your order.

Once your order is fulfilled at Bones HQ and scanned in by the carrier, you will receive tracking information to your email on file.

Keep in mind, any estimated delivery dates by the carriers are subject to change due to any weather conditions or unforeseen delays. Bones will do our best to work with carriers to resolve any delays.

**Please respond to your order confirmation email upon reception. If the wrong shipping address or item was input at checkout, this is the only time you will be able to make changes to your order.
