    1 yr manufacturer warranty works

    With the first grinder I got I couldn’t understand all the rave reviews it got. Anytime I used it I had to take it apart and clean it, both with plain and flavored beans no matter what grind.

    I contacted Bones, they contacted Baratza on my behalf since it was within the 1 yr manufacturer warranty. Baratza asked for a copy of my purchase receipt then sent me a new one. The new one works GREAT! Just like it should.

    Purchased the Baratza Burr Grinder because of the positive reviews and the discount from Bones Coffee Co. for Fathers Day, I nade the purchase. I am not disappointed with the purchase. I get great Coffee with the fresh ground Coffee Beans.

    Coffee is delicious!

    I am very happy with my new grinder. I use it for high pressure espresso, and it's the best! Very happy with it! A nice, heavy, well-made grinder. I get the absolute finest grind with it.

    I did not recieve the Baratza grinder. What I got was a cheap imposter. The "welcome" discount has been spent on return shipping. So far I'm not impressed with Bones!
